FAQ

What is the main difference between a financial coach and a financial advisor?

A financial coach educates you to make better money decisions while a financial advisor invests your money for you.

What financial goals can you help me with?

I can help you budget, get out of debt faster, increase your income, save for retirement, save for a big purchase and start building wealth.

Where do coaching sessions take place?

Individual sessions can take place in a mutually decided location in person (ie. cafe, office, etc) or over the phone/virtually.

How do you expect me to pay for coaching sessions if I am short on money?

Coaching should be looked at as an investment, and a very important one at that. The price of coaching will be more than made up for and benefits will last a lifetime.

Am I obligated to schedule a coaching session after the pre-session chat?

No. The pre-session chat gives us the opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other. Furthermore, it allows you to tell me what you are looking to achieve through coaching and also for me to explain more about how I can help you reach your goals.

What happens if I cancel a coaching session?

Sessions cancelled 24 hours or more in advance can be fully refunded, while sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Do you offer any guarantees?

I offer a Value-Back guarantee. What that means is that if you are not satisfied, you are encouraged to contact me asap and together we will come up with a solution allowing you to get the value that you paid for.
